On May 5, I’m purchasing the cutest cottage in Ross Township which is considered the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. It’s only six miles to the Strip District and Deutschtown where I love to visit the flower shop, butcher, bakery, and the cafe with the best English muffins ever.

THE RENOVATIONS

I’m renovating the entire first floor to have a kitchen/family room with vaulted ceiling, adding a fireplace, powder room in the third floor attic, and all new doors, windows, moulding, master bath and deck. Most of the living is on the main floor, but there is a basement that won’t see me very much and the third floor attic bedroom for guests. It should all be done by Christmas.
